§ 25-83. Denial; appeals.

  • Within ten days after receipt of application for a permit under this division, the director shall apprise the applicant in writing of the reasons for refusing a permit, and any aggrieved person shall have the right to appeal in writing within ten days to the county administrator. The county administrator shall consider the application under the standards set forth in section 25-82 and shall sustain or overrule the director's decision within ten days. The decision of the county administrator shall be final.
