§ 27-151. Minimum maintenance requirements.

All real property, building, structure or utility thereon designated as a historic landmark or located within a historic district, whether owned or controlled privately or by any public body, shall receive reasonable care, maintenance and upkeep appropriate for the protection, preservation, enhancement, perpetuation or use in compliance with the terms of this article and chapter 8, article VII.
