§ 27-196. Development permit general requirements.
The policies and regulations in this article apply to the use and development of land. Any person proposing a land use or development shall comply with the procedures of this article. Table 27-251(a) summarizes the procedures, agencies and public bodies involved in the development proposal process. Detailed information about general procedures and applications are further discussed in this article.
