§ 27-283. Easements.

(a)

Utility easements shall be provided along each side of the side lines of lots and/or the rear line of lots where necessary to form a continuous right-of-way. All easements shall be at least ten feet wide. The required ten-foot width may be provided through five-foot easements on either side of lot or parcel lines when such lines do not form, in whole or in part, the outside boundaries of the development plat.

(b)

Utility easements shall connect with easements established in adjoining properties.
