§ 27-310. Generally.

Latest version.

The subdivider of land within the city shall be required to install or otherwise provide for certain improvements within the subdivision. Except for monuments, such improvements shall not be installed prior to proper endorsement of the final plat by the unified government board of commissioners. All improvements installed by the developer shall comply with the specifications and standards of the unified government.
