The owner, developer, their agents and successors shall be responsible for all maintenance.
All landscaping must be maintained in a healthy and orderly appearance, and kept free
of debris and dead plant material. Plant material that has died or has been severely
damaged by insects, diseases, vehicular traffic, acts of God, vandalism, etc., must
be replaced by the next planting period. Architectural screening shall be maintained
in good repair.
