§ 28-22. Miscellaneous benefits and rights of police officers.

  • (a)

    The unified government agrees to pay all expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for members of a police officer's family when such becomes necessary as a result of the officer's exposure to contagious diseases where the officer has been exposed to the disease in the scope of employment by the unified government.

    (b)

    The unified government agrees to defray all funeral and burial expenses of any officer of the police department killed in the scope of employment by the unified government.
