§ 29-112. Collection of data concerning public procurement.

The purchasing director shall cooperate with all unified government departments in the preparation of statistical data concerning the procurement, usage, and disposition of all supplies, services, and construction, and employ such trained personnel as may be necessary to carry out this function. All user departments shall furnish such reports as the purchasing director may require concerning usage, needs, and stocks on hand, and the purchasing director shall have authority to prescribe forms to be used by the user departments in making purchase requisitions, in ordering, and in reporting of supplies, services, and construction.
