§ 29-152. Methods of source selection.

Unless otherwise authorized by law, all unified government contracts shall be awarded by competitive sealed bidding, pursuant to section 29-153, except as provided in:

(1)

Section 29-153, pertaining to competitive sealed bidding;

(2)

Section 29-154, pertaining to competitive sealed proposals;

(3)

Section 29-155, pertaining to minor purchases;

(4)

Section 29-156, pertaining to sole source procurement;

(5)

Section 29-157, pertaining to emergency procurements;

(6)

Section 29-158, pertaining to requests for proposals for accountants, lawyers, and consultants;

(7)

Section 29-312, pertaining to architect, engineer, real estate appraisal, and land surveying services;

(8)

Section 29-313, pertaining to construction management at-risk;

(9)

Section 29-314, pertaining to building design-build projects;

(10)

Section 29-315, pertaining to building progressive design-build projects;

(11)

Section 29-519, pertaining to intergovernmental cooperative bidding and purchasing.
