§ 29-263. Finality of determinations.

Latest version.

The determinations required by sections 29-153(f), 29-154(a) and (g), 29-156, 29-157, 29-158, 29-198(a), 29-200(c), 29-220, 29-221, and 29-222(b) are final and conclusive unless they are clearly erroneous, arbitrary, capricious, or contrary to law.
