§ 29-416. Allocation of proceeds from sale or disposal of surplus supplies owned by the unified government.

Unless otherwise provided by law, the purchasing director shall be empowered pursuant to regulations promulgated by the unified government administrator to allocate proceeds from the sale, lease, or disposal of surplus supplies owned by the unified government.
