To the extent possible, the purchasing director may collect information concerning
the type, cost, quality, and quantity of commonly used supplies, services, or construction
being procured or used by the unified government. The purchasing director may also
collect such information from other public procurement units, and may make available
all such information to any public procurement unit upon request.
