§ 29-632. Criminal sanctions.

Latest version.

To the extent that violations of the ethical standards of conduct set forth in this division constitute violations of federal or state statutes or unified government ordinances, they shall be punishable as provided therein. Such sanctions shall be in addition to the civil remedies set forth in this article.
