§ 2-55. Mayor pro tem.

After October 1, 1997, the mayor pro tem shall, until the general election of April 1999, be the at-large commissioner serving the two-year term of office from September 9, 1997. Thereafter, the at-large commissioner not standing for election in the general election of each odd numbered year shall serve as mayor pro tem until the next general election.
