§ 2-60. Prohibitions on commission members holding office.

No commission member shall hold any other office or employment under the control and authority of the unified government during the term for which the member was elected to the commission. No former commission member shall hold any compensated appointive office or employment until one year after expiration of the term for which the commission member was elected or appointed to the commission.
