§ 2-125. Rules and regulations continued.

All orders, rules and regulations made by any agency of the City of Kansas City, Kansas, or Wyandotte County which are abolished or consolidated by the Charter, shall remain in full force and effect until revoked or modified by the agency which succeeds to the rights, powers, duties and obligations of such abolished or consolidated agency.
