§ 2-172. Official newspaper and publications therein.

The official newspaper for the unified government shall be as designated by resolution. All publications required by law to be published by the unified government, its board of public utilities, its port authority, and all other of its appointed boards and commissions shall be published therein. All publications in the official newspaper shall be paid for at a rate not to exceed the schedule of fees specified in K.S.A. 28-137.
