§ 723. Suspension of rules.

In order to suspend temporarily any particular rule for a particular purpose not contrary to Kansas law or local ordinances or resolutions, a motion "to suspend a rule" shall be in order and such a motion shall not be debatable. Suspension of a rule shall take effect for the particular rule in question only for the particular time in a particular meeting in question and shall not be considered a permanent suspension of a rule.
