§ 2-201. Administration of oaths; authority; requirements.

(a)

The mayor, county administrator, the unified government clerk, the deputy unified government clerk, judges of municipal court in their respective jurisdictions, the bailiffs, and the municipal court administrator are hereby authorized and empowered to administer oaths pertaining to all matters wherein an oath is required by state law or ordinance.

(b)

All oaths administered under the authority of this section shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of K.S.A. 54-101 et seq.
