§ 2-652. Amount of penalties.

Latest version.

The following penalties may be imposed for each separate violation of a code provision:
(1)

$100 for a first violation;

(2)

$250 for a second violation within any 24 month period; and

(3)

$500 for a third or subsequent violation within any 24 month period.
