§ 2-659. Hearing officer's decision.

(a)

The hearing officer shall issue a written decision to uphold or set aside the administrative citation and shall present the reasons for the decision.

(b)

The public officer shall provide a copy of the hearing officer's decision to the citee.

(c)

The decision of the hearing officer shall be the unified government's final action on the matter and shall become final as of the date of the written decision.
