§ 2-291. Miscellaneous fees to be fixed by county administrator.

Fees to be charged by or paid to the unified government that are not required by statute to be fixed by ordinance or resolution shall be as established by the county administrator. Such fees shall be reasonable and not exceed the cost of regulation or processing and issuing the particular license or permit.
