Unless provided otherwise by federal, state or local law, upon the creation or recreation
of any agency, board, committee or commission, the mayor and unified government commissioners
each shall nominate an individual to such agency, board, committee or commission.
The persons nominated shall be voted on by the full commission. An appointment to
a position on any agency, board, committee or commission shall be made upon the affirmative
vote of six members of the unified government commission.
