§ 2-386. Notice of appointments.

The county administrator shall designate an employee to notify each member of the board of commissioners at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the term of office for all positions to which the mayor or the commissioner has the right to appoint. Such designated employee shall advise the mayor and the commissioners of all vacancies and forfeitures of office in those positions to which each mayor or commissioner appoints as soon as practicable after receipt of notice.
