§ 2-421. The board of commissioners to serve as the community intellectual and developmental disabilities governing board for the county.

The unified government board of commissioners, pursuant to K.S.A. 19-4002a, hereby elects to serve as the community intellectual and developmental disabilities governing board for the county, to be known as the county developmental disabilities organization (CDDO).
