§ 2-426. Powers and duties of the county developmental disabilities advisory board.

Beginning in the year 2001, the county developmental disabilities advisory board shall make an annual recommendation to the board of commissioners concerning the annual plan and budget for county intellectual and developmental disabilities programs, including the allocation of funds raised by the mill levy for intellectual and developmental disabilities services authorized by K.S.A. 19-4004 and amendments thereto, and shall perform such other duties and responsibilities delegated to it by the board of commissioners.
