§ 2-436. Composition; appointment of members.

The city housing authority shall hereafter consist of 12 commissioners occupying positions to be numbered one through 12. Position number 12 shall be appointed by the mayor/CEO. The term of the commissioner appointed to position number 12 shall be for four years from the effective date of the resolution from which this division is derived. Except as provided herein, the terms of the commissioners, appointments to vacancies, and requirements for attendance at meetings shall be as set out by unified government ordinance or resolution.
