§ 2-462. Membership.

The public building commission shall consist of five commissioners who shall be the persons occupying the following positions:
(1)

The mayor/CEO;

(2)

The commissioner who serves as chairperson of the economic development and finance standing committee;

(3)

The county administrator;

(4)

The chief financial officer;

(5)

The chief counsel.
