§ 2-516. Officers.

The officers of the solid waste management committee shall consist of a chairperson, a chairperson-elect, and a secretary. The chairperson and chairperson-elect shall be appointed by the mayor/CEO and the secretary and treasurer shall be elected by and from the committee members.
