§ 2-533. Terms of members.

The terms of office for the members of the corrections advisory board shall commence after subsequent resolution of this board, when the individuals to be appointed by the administrative judge, this board and the city commissioners have been selected. The terms of each member shall be for two years from appointment by this board, except as provided in K.S.A. 75-5297(d). All vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term of the person creating the vacancy.
