Wastewater discharge permits may be revoked at any time if the discharge does not
comply with the provisions of this chapter, upon giving the holder 30 days' written
notice. Failure of a user to factually report the characteristics of discharges, or
significant changes in operations, or wastewater constituents and characteristics,
or refusal to allow reasonable access to the user's premises for the purpose of inspection
or monitoring, or violation of conditions of the wastewater discharge permit, may
be grounds for wastewater discharge permit revocation. The wastewater discharge permit
may be revoked by the director without 30 days' written notice if the discharge has
a seriously deleterious effect on the sewage treatment works, or constitutes a hazard
to human beings, animals, or the receiving stream.
