All of the income, proceeds, revenues and funds of the unified government derived
from or held in association with its municipal sewer system (not including the proceeds
of any taxes) including the proceeds of sewer service charges imposed and collected
by the unified government for the use of and services rendered by the unified government's
sewer system, and all revenues from enlargements, extensions and improvements thereto
will be paid and deposited in the sewer system fund, which fund will be used solely
for the purposes authorized by law, including paying the expenses of operating, maintaining
and replacing the unified government's sewer system.
