No person shall engage in the business of cleaning septic tanks, cesspools, pit-type
toilets, or sanitary sewers, or carrying, hauling, or transporting over the streets
of the unified government any wastewater or sludge from septic tanks, grease traps,
cesspools, pit-type toilets, car/truck wash operations, chemical or petroleum processes,
or sanitary sewer cleaning unless such person has a current occupational license and
health department permit to engage in said activities.
