§ 30-232. Correction of construction; revocation of private on-site wastewater permit.

(a)

If any private on-site wastewater system is constructed not in accordance with approved plans and specifications, the health officer shall notify the permittee, in writing, wherein the construction does not conform to the approved plans and provide a reasonable time to make the needed corrections.

(b)

Failure of any permittee to make the necessary corrections within the time period stipulated by the health officer shall render the private on-site wastewater permit null and void.
