§ 30-329. Drainage fee.

(a)

Established. Each and every stormwater customer within the city which is served or benefits by the provisions, operation, regulation, or improvement of the stormwater and surface water management system shall pay a drainage fee for each and every developed property within the city equal to $4.00 per month.

(b)

Fee credit. The unified government commission may by resolution adopt guidelines that establish credits and/or incentives that reduce the drainage fee that would otherwise be assessed against properties that utilize privately owned and maintained retention or detention facilities, if it is determined that the existence of such retention or detention facilities results in a reduction in the operating budget of the utility.
