§ 31-90. Application.

Latest version.

Every person desiring a permit required by this division shall make written application to the health officer, setting forth the name of such person, such person's residence address or the address of such person's place of business, a description of the equipment to be used in the collection and disposal of trash, the place of disposal, and the method of disposal to be practiced.
