§ 31-122. Administrative and enforcing agency designated; inspections.

  • The administrative and enforcing agency for this article is the public health department together with its designated representatives. Representatives of the public health department shall have the right to enter, examine, and/or survey at any reasonable time such premises, establishments, and buildings as they shall deem necessary for the enforcement of this article. No person shall willfully impede or obstruct representatives of the administrative agency in their discharge of official duties under the provisions of this article.
