§ 31-126. Unapproved sites declared nuisance; use prohibited.

  • The use of open dumps, landfills, sites, or any property within the city which has not been permitted and licensed by the unified government as a means of refuse or solid waste disposal is a nuisance and dangerous to the public health, safety and welfare. Any person who disposes of refuse at a location not permitted or licensed shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
