§ 31-170. Fire protection.

(a)

Approved measures shall be taken to control fires and to regulate and prohibit loads that may be fire hazards. An adequate supply of water under pressure shall be available at the site, or a stockpile of earth shall be maintained reasonably close to the working face of the fill.

(b)

Approved fire extinguishers, maintained in working order, shall be kept on the equipment and in all buildings.
