§ 31-182. Accident prevention and safety.

An operational safety program shall be conducted for all sanitary landfill personnel. A first-aid kit equipped with sterile bandages, antiseptic solutions, tourniquets, splints and other necessary supplies shall be at the site. All permanent employees at the site shall be familiar with the location of these supplies and shall be instructed in their proper use.
