§ 32-25. Administration.

(a)

The unified government engineer is the principal unified government official for he administration of this article and its requirements. The unified government engineer may delegate any or all of the duties under this article.

(b)

The county administrator is hereby authorized to promulgate regulations consistent with this article as may be necessary or desirable to carry out the provisions of this article.

(c)

The unified government engineer is hereby authorized to adopt standards for work done in the right-of-way. Copies of any such standards shall be available in the office of the unified government engineer.
