§ 32-35. Exemption for state department of transportation.

The state department of transportation shall be exempted from the provisions of this article for purposes of any rights it has in the right-of-way adjacent to former Routes US-24, US-40, and US-73, formerly within the state highway system, when such routes are returned to the unified government as part of Agreement No. 128-01 between the unified government and the state.
