§ 32-65. Impounding of vending vehicle.

A vending vehicle may be impounded by a police officer or by any other person authorized to enforce this article pursuant to section 23-15 in the course of an arrest of the operator for a violation of this Code when the vending vehicle is to be used as evidence of the violation.
