§ 32-95. Revocation.

  • The license administrator shall have the authority to revoke a license for any one or more of the following reasons:

    (1)

    The licensee gave materially false, fraudulent, or untruthful information on the application;

    (2)

    The licensee failed to fully comply with all state, federal, and local laws or regulations affecting the conduct of its business;

    (3)

    The license was issued in error;

    (4)

    The licensee has failed to follow the direction of the license administrator or any enforcement officer of the unified government to temporarily vacate a site until any undue vehicular and pedestrian traffic congestion or any other unsafe condition was abated;

    (5)

    The licensee has violated any other provision of this article;

    (6)

    The activities of the licensee are not being conducted in the manner described in the application; or

    (7)

    For food vendors and merchandise vendors, that the insurance required in section 32-92(6) has expired or been cancelled without renewal or replacement.
