§ 32-99. Automatic suspension.

Latest version.

Suspension, revocation, or expiration of a licensee's food required insurance coverage shall result in the automatic suspension of the license granted hereunder without further action on the part of the unified government. Such suspension shall remain in effect until the license is restored.
