§ 32-127. License.

(a)

An application for a license to vend from a vending vehicle at a special event for a period of time no less than two days, not to exceed ten days shall be filed with the license administrator not less than 14 nor more than 60 days in advance of the scheduled events.

(b)

The license issued shall be subject to the same requirements for issuance and standards of operation as prescribed in section 32-97 for the issuance of vending vehicle license.

(c)

The license fee shall be $10.00 per day but in no event more than $30.00.

(d)

Licenses to vend from a vending vehicle in a park may upon approval of the park board for designated special events be issued by the license administrator.
