§ 32-212. Video service provider fees.

There is hereby established a video service provider fee in the amount of five percent of the gross revenues of each state authorized video service provider providing video services within the City of Kansas City, Kansas. Video service providers shall pay and submit such video service provider fees to the unified government in accordance with state law.
