§ 32-293. Public conduct during marathons.

  • (a)

    Interference. No person shall unreasonably hamper, obstruct, impede, or interfere with any duly licensed run or with any person participating or used in such run.

    (b)

    Driving through runs. No driver of any vehicle, unless specifically permitted by an officer of the city police department, shall drive between the persons comprising a duly permitted run when such persons are in motion and are conspicuously designated as run participants.
