§ 32-328. Conditions contained in permit; closing of streets.

Any permit may contain conditions reasonably calculated to reduce or minimize dangers
and hazards to vehicular or pedestrian traffic and the public health, safety and welfare,
including, but not limited to, changes in time, location, duration or number of participants.
For the purposes of public safety and welfare, the traffic engineer may, if necessary,
order the temporary closing of streets or temporarily prohibit parking during the
run and shall with the advice of the chief of police direct the posting of proper
warning signs. It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave unattended any
vehicle in violation of posted signs.
