§ 32-370. Interference with unified government or board of public utilities personnel.

It shall be unlawful for any person to prevent, delay, or interfere with unified government or board of public utilities personnel, or any of their agents who are engaged in the planting, cultivating, mulching, pruning, spraying, or removing of any street trees or trees on private property, as authorized in this article.
